chocolate...i guess its every1's fave. sape je dlm dunia ni yg tak suke chocolate? maybe org2 yg ade kencing manes ke, darah tinggi ke, org takut gemok je yg kadang2 jauhkan diri dr cokolate dan adek beradek mereka. owh..org2 yg takut tumbuh jerawat juga menjauhi chocolate. tahukah anda chocolate ni ade effect2 yg baik..cume kadar pengambilan tu yg membezakan antara baik dan buruknya memilih chocolate sebagai makanan sampingan. sebenarnye, coklat ni ada byk kebaikan nye seperti mengurangkan risiko sakit jantung and etc.

so sape kate chocolate tu tak bagus? ada kebaikan dia... mcm diriku ini, adalah pengemar chocolate...so dekat rumah aku akan sentiasa ada stock chocolate walaupun sikit. ayah and my cousins yg slalu travel akan belikan segala jenis chocolate yg aku suke sebagai ole2, umiyage la...selalunye dorg beli kat airport je pun, tapi janji ade. my fave are Cadbury Turkish Delight yg mana hanya ade kat airport2 or kat duty2 free kat langkawi ke, the zone mana2 la and hershes...

tapi ada yang kata badan aku ni makin bertambah2 besar oleh sebab akibat memakan chocolate yg terlampau. aku akan make sure makan aku makan at least 4 bar choclate setiap hari. tidakakh takut jerawat? tnya mereka... alah..tak makan cokolat pun berjerawat jugak..so apa salahnye makankan? aku dulu hangen tahap cipan la bila mereka menkondem aku sbb aku makan cokolat pastuh bising2 badan gemok...tapi semenjak cuti2 ni, aku tgk, aku makan kurang tapi badan maintain je mcm ni, maka aku percayalah bahawa ada kemungkinan besar ianya disebabkan cokolat...

"harimau mati meninggalkan belang, wawa gemok dsebabkan chocolate"
so, adakah aku akan meninggalkan tabiat aku ni?
